Inside Refillo / SKU insights

Every product has a story. See what happens next.

Open a SKU and read its past, current stock and expected future on one timeline. The chart explains why an order is proposed, and lets you compare the outlook with and without that order.

01

Read the graph from the shelf to the sale

The upper chart follows stock on the shelf, deliveries and stock already on order. Below it, daily sales sit alongside estimated missed demand and the forecast. Seeing both together helps distinguish a quiet product from a product that could not sell because the shelf was empty.

02

See when to order, not just what is left

The reorder level marks when replenishment is needed. The fill level shows the planned target; spare stock provides a cushion for busy days and slower deliveries. The coloured zones make it easier to see whether stock is enough, too low or above the plan. Today’s levels are labelled separately from recorded history.

03

Compare the suggested order with doing nothing

Switch the suggested order on or off to see how its arrival changes projected stock. In this sample, the proposal adds 228 units on 5 November. This is a visual scenario for the current recommendation, not a promise that future sales or deliveries will happen exactly as drawn.

04

Make uncertainty visible

The shaded forecast band shows a range described in the app as 8 in 10 cases. The centre line is the expected path if sales follow the forecast. A range makes the risk easier to discuss than a single confident-looking number.

05

Keep the evidence beside the decision

The same product page shows daily sales, supplier order days, pack size, promised and observed delivery time, stockouts and past orders. Tabs connect the graph to deliveries, suggestions and promotions. Use 60-day, 90-day or all available chart history views, keyboard navigation and the data table to inspect the detail.

A recommendation you can question

The practical advance is that the buyer can inspect the evidence before acting. You can see a future gap, check whether a delivery closes it and review the proposed quantity without reconstructing the history yourself.

Inside Refillo

Understand the stock. Decide the order. Learn from the result.

A stock number cannot tell you whether the next delivery will come in time. Refillo connects sales, stock, supplier timing and the money at stake, then lets you follow a recommendation back to the product behind it.
